How do I register my child for school?
You can stop by the school office and pick up a registration packet. Please bring your student’s birth certificate, immunization records, and the withdrawal form from your child’s prior school (if applicable).
How do I report my child’s absence?
Please report your child’s absence by calling the school office at (520) 682-3331 before 9:00 a.m.
How do I apply for a job?
Please download the application from our website or pick one up in the school office. Look on the Human Resources section of the website to see if there are any immediate openings.
How do I join the PTO?
Please call the school office at (520) 682-3331, and the office staff will get you in touch with one of the PTO officers. The PTO does a lot of wonderful work for the school. They sponsor the fall carnival, the book fair, and the spring daddy-daughter dance. They help provide extra field trips for our students, such as sponsoring an all-school trip to the movies in December.
How do I pay for my child’s meals?
You can pay for your child’s meals by sending cash or a check (payable to Red Rock School). You can pay for a full week or month at a time.
How do I report a change of address or phone number?
Please contact the school office to update your phone number or address. You can also send a note with your child notifying us of any changes.
How do I volunteer for a school field trip?
Call the school office at (520) 682-3331 and request a Parent Volunteer Waiver form. Then let your child’s teacher know you want to be a volunteer on the next field trip.
How do I receive email notifications?
We have a “mass calling/mass emailing” list for parents, which allows the school to get emergency information out to parents in a timely a manner. In order to get on the list, a “Mass Calling/Mass Emailing” form is available in the office.
Does Red Rock Elementary accept students from another district (open enrollment)?
Yes, we are accepting students from other districts under Open Enrollment.
