If you are new to our area, or need to register your child for school, please come in and see us. Make sure to bring the following documents with you when you come to register. Please allow 24 hours after notifying us of any new students to bring them to the school. This will allow the teachers to prepare for their new additions.

• Child’s original birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Proof of residency
• Any records from previous schools

• Registration Documents 
• Bus Rules and Waiver
• Student Directory Form
• Allergy Information Form
• Inhaler Permission Form (if applicable)
• Student Status Form
• Technology Form
• Dress Code Policy

If you are registering your child for Kindergarten, please be aware that your child must be age five before September 1st. If your child turns five after this date, you will need to register him/her for the following school year.
